    The owner here is a very nice guy, but he did not set proper expectations with me. 1) Cool Air did work that was unlicensed in NYC (without being up front about it) which cost me money with my GC, and then 2) one year later the system stops working and he never came out to repair it as he said he would. It's too bad!
